I provide WSU Tech and camp sponsors my consent to:
Use and publish pictures or photographic likenesses of my camper, in whole or in part, for the purposes of promoting camp. This information may be used or published through any medium, including the Internet.

Use and publish camper statement(s), in written and/or recorded audio formats, for the purposes of promoting camp.

Any right to inspect or approve the finished product or the advertising or other copy of the designated material is waived.
WSU Tech and camp sponsors are released from any liability that may arise out of the use of the portraits, photographic likenesses, name, and/or statements if used for the purposes of advertising and promoting camp.

LIABILITY WAIVER
I understand that participation in the above event or activity could include actions or tasks which might be hazardous to the participant named above. By signing below, I assume any risk of harm or injury which might occur to the participant due to his/her/my participation in the event or activity. I release the technical college named above from all liability, costs, and damages which might arise from participation in the above-named event or activity. If the participant is a minor, I agree that the minor has my consent to participate in the event. I further provide my consent for the organization or business named above to seek emergency treatment for the minor if necessary. I agree to accept financial responsibility for the costs related to this emergency treatment.
